baanbaan
Coastal Tea Tree

baanbaan baan baan is used for insect repellent and medicinal purposes for insect stings, burns and rashes. When it shows a white flower it is an indicator for certain shellfish along the coast line. When fully grown (un-maintained) the branches are suitable for use in constructing shelters. The shape of the baan baan can be manicured to make a shelter from sun and wind and the leaves and branches can be used as a broom and a rake.
